Ask about supervisionAbout Me
My background in mental health nursing and in supporting individuals through work and education showed me how often people need a space that is both reflective and practical. That experience led me to train as a therapist in 2009.
I work in a person-centred way and adapt the therapy to the person in front of me. Rather than forcing one model onto every situation, I aim to offer support that feels thoughtful, individual, and genuinely useful.
Outside of work I enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, and spending time in and around nature. That sense of space, pace, and perspective is something I value in life and in the way I practise.
