About Me

Experienced, practical, and warmly person-centred.

My background in mental health nursing and in supporting individuals through work and education showed me how often people need a space that is both reflective and practical. That experience led me to train as a therapist in 2009.

I work in a person-centred way and adapt the therapy to the person in front of me. Rather than forcing one model onto every situation, I aim to offer support that feels thoughtful, individual, and genuinely useful.

Outside of work I enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, and spending time in and around nature. That sense of space, pace, and perspective is something I value in life and in the way I practise.

My Approach

A collaborative space to reflect, understand, and grow.

The relationship is at the heart of the work. Sessions are intended to feel safe, thoughtful, and grounded, with room to explore difficult feelings without pressure or performance.

  • Therapy is collaborative, not prescriptive.
  • Sessions are tailored to the person rather than a fixed formula.
  • Support is available for individuals, couples, and young people.
  • Supervision is reflective, grounded, and focused on sustainable practice.

“Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.”
